This policy covers the enquiry pages at pafs.highimpactpages.com, which Prestige Australian Financial Services uses to take enquiries from businesses. It describes what those pages collect, why, and who else is involved. It is written to sit alongside the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
If you complete the enquiry form, you give us:
- Your name and your business name
- Your email address and phone number
- The service you need help with
- Your annual turnover band
- Anything you choose to write in the optional notes field
We also record which ad group or search term brought you to the page, and the page you submitted from, so we know which advertising is working.
If you call the phone number shown in one of our ads, Google may connect the call through a forwarding number and tell us the date, time, duration and area code of that call. We do not record calls on these pages.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a short call, and prepare a fee quote. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list from this form without telling you.
Who else handles your information
- Cloudflare hosts these pages and processes the form submission.
- Brevo delivers the enquiry to us by email.
- Google Ads measures which ads lead to enquiries, and may use cookies to show you our ads again on other sites.
- Google Analytics measures how these pages are used, such as which pages are viewed and for how long.
Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia.
Cookies and measurement
These pages use Google advertising cookies to count conversions and for remarketing, Google Analytics to measure how the pages are used, and a Cloudflare script that measures page performance. They do not identify you by name. You can turn off personalised advertising in your Google Ad settings, and block or delete cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and meet our record keeping obligations, and are then deleted or de-identified.
Accessing or correcting your information, and complaints
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email anshita@ilovepafs.com or write to PO Box 3003, Tamarama, New South Wales 2026.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy issue, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
